Beginning InfoYou must be used to this by nowThis layout features the model, Lily Cole, and was taken by some (presumably famous) photographer. It was created with the help of Adobe Photoshop CS2, and Photoshop Elements 4.0 (Star's usual software). The tables code was generated in Adobe Imageready (which was then later edited in Notepad). It is best viewed in a screen resolution of 1024*768 and up, but can be viewed in 800*600 screens as well.SeductionStar's CommentsWow, I think this layout surprisingly turned out alright. In the beginning it was just a huge banner and I barely did much but coloring and playing with the shapes, fonts, and etc... Of course Harper always has her style of cropping and it turned out to be like this. Pretty much I just did the little details like the text, light textures, doves, coloring, and halftone prints. Yeah halftone prints. Isn't it usually Harper who uses those a lot? Lol.I do have to say, this layout was not my style as well. I really didn't use that grungy-ness that I usually have in my designs, but I guess I just did the opposite: lights and stuff. And also, this is probably the smallest banner I've ever designed... Mine are usually so big and bulky! But wow, what a turnout. Again, the use of black drives me crazy! I've been using black backgrounds on almost all my layouts. No I am not going emo... Anyways this was a great experience to design with Harper. :) After all she and Tyler are my biggest inspiration. bold italic underline DestructionHarper's CommentsI believe this is my first celebrity layout, and I think this collab brought a really weird style out of me. Originally, this thing started out as a flat out banner, but after alot of though, I decided to chop apart the layout and add that "Harper" twist to things. Surprisingly enough, I wasn't the one who added the little light effects and halftones. Those were courtesy of Star. But yeah.... I wouldn't say this is my best, but I definately can't mark it as my worst. :)I took a completely different direction when it came to the CSS. I mean, in the sense that I'm using only the text boxes rather than the whole div "cont" part that you normally see in my coding. :P Also, NO BOXES AROUND THE LINKS?! Blasphemy! Sarcasm aside, I've always wanted to do them because I'm starting to loose interest in the boxes. I mean, you can only use them so many times. However, rejoice, for I will still be using boxes in other layouts.... just not as much. ;) The fonts that were used in the actual layout design was Georgia or Times New Roman (computer default) and Carnivalee Freakshow (from DAFont). Installationhow to use itHere's an extremely brief guide to installing a layout. If you have any further questions, feel free to head over to Anxiety's contact page and ask them.
